First Saturday Prayer Gathering…
This Saturday we will be gathering to pray for our church.
This is something we are doing in 2022 on the first Saturday of each month.
This month we will meet on the parking lot, share scripture and some areas to pray for,
then we will pray around our property as we ask God to use this building, and the land,
to mobilize His church to reach this community. We hope you will join us.

This Sunday…Mother’s Day!
We always look forward to this Sunday! It is one of our most highly attended Sundays of the year. We are not sure if that is because Mom makes everyone come to church!, if it is due to baby dedication, or if it is just out of respect for our mom’s who have taught us to love Jesus. Whatever the case, we hope to see you Sunday.
End of the School Year…Night at the Park…
Next Wednesday (May 11th) we will be gathering at Craighead park from 6:00 to 7:30
for an end of the school year party. Everyone is invited (this is not just for our kids and students, this is for the church!) We will have hotdogs, chips, water; and there will be plenty of activities for those who attend. We have reserved pavilion #5 by the rotary centennial playground. We hope to see you at the park!

Tyler Morgan has a new job!
It has been a couple of weeks now, but we haven’t had the right moment to share this news.
Tyler has been offered a three-quarter time job at the company “Solutions Group of Jonesboro” that he has been moonlighting with for almost two years. (they wanted him fulltime but thankfully he didn’t want to give up being a part of this staff here at Temple, even if on a smaller role)
With this new opportunity he will be reducing his hours here at the church
(going from 30 down to around 10 to 12). We are excited for this new opportunity for him,
but also know that we will feel the effects of not having him in the office here near as much.
Be praying for this new venture for Tyler and be patient as we figure out the details
with the responsibilities that will have to be re-distributed.

Grad Sunday!
On May 22nd we will be honoring our graduating seniors (along with our kindergarten and 6th grade grads, and those graduating with college degrees). If you have a student who is graduating at one of these levels, we need your help. We need a recent pic, what school they attend and what school they plan to attend at the next level, and if graduating senior or college graduate what their plans are following graduation.
